AAA has partnered with NexxtShow to offer a poster production service at the discounted price of $275 per poster until March 13.

• After March 13, price increases to $375
• After March 27, price increases to $475
• Posters are located in Hall E.
• Your posterboard number will be referred to as your booth number.

• Secure your poster to your assigned board within the poster hall before you arrive at AAA 2020—No struggling hanging your bulky poster.

Thursday, April 2^nd  Poster Hanging Instructions:

Posters for Thursday can be hung starting at noon on Wednesday, April 1^st. Your poster must be in place by 8:00 AM Thursday.  Your poster should be removed between 6:00 and 7:00 PM on Thursday. Any posters not removed by 7:00 PM will be placed in a designated area in Hall E and held only until 7:00 PM Friday after which time they will be discarded.

Friday, April 3^rd  Poster Hanging Instructions:

Posters for Friday can be hung on Friday from 7:00 AM- 8:00 AM. Your poster must be in place by 8:00 AM Friday.  Your poster should be removed between 6:00 and 7:00 PM on Friday. Any posters not removed by 7:00 PM will be placed in a designated area in Hall E and held only until 7:00 PM Friday after which time they will be discarded.
