Any exhibitor in a peninsula booth configuration will be contacted by Exhibit Management to ensure agreement and compliance to all set up guidelines. 

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • All hanging signs must be approved by show management. Send email to exhibits@ccsa.org.
  • Double padding is prohibited due to CCSA policy regarding trip hazards when changing carpet levels.
  • Please note: if any vendor is used that is not an official supplier, material handling fees will be incurred at the dock.

*Driver Check in:  4:30 pm, Wednesday, March 18 - All carriers must check in no later than specified time for freight pickup, otherwise freight will be rerouted at exhibitor's expense.
