IDWeek has partnered with NexxtShow to offer a poster production service at the discounted price of $245 per poster. Click here to ORDER NOW!

  • Up Until September 13: $245
  • September 14- September 28: $345
  • Posters submitted after September 28 and on-site: $445


NexxtShow will: 

  • Secure your poster to your assigned board within the poster hall before you arrive at IDWeek 2019—No struggling hanging your bulky poster.
  • No shipping hassles.
  • Posters are located in Halls B & C.

  
NexxtShow facilitates IDWeek exhibits, posterboards and signs and is able to provide this service at a reduced cost for IDWeek poster presenters. Plus, Nexxt offers you the full service of hanging the poster. 

 
Simply click here to start placing your order!  Your posterboard number will be referred to as your booth number.

Poster Set Up:* Wednesday, October 2 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm 
  Thursday, October 3 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Poster Hours: Thursday, October 3 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Friday, October 4 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  Saturday, October 5 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Poster Removal: Saturday, October 5 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

*If you use the NexxtShow Poster Service you will not need to set up your poster.  

IDWeek & NexxtShow are not responsible for any posters left after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 5th.
 
Additional charges will apply for late orders, changes made after a poster has been produced, and reprints.
