Inline Booth Package Includes:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
Exhibitor ID Sign (7" x 44")
Booth carpet is not included and is mandatory.
Maximum height restriction is 8'

Island Booths (20' x 20' and up): 

Maximum height restriction is 20' for booth structures and hanging signs unless otherwise approved by Exhibit Management.  Bottom of hanging sign cannot be below 14'.  Requests for approval outside of these parameters must be sent to Exhibit Management at conf-exhibits@iste.org.
 
Peninsula Booths:
Maximum height restriction is 8'

Any exhibitor in a peninsula booth configuration will be contacted by Exhibit Management to ensure agreement and compliance to all set up guidelines. 

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • Hanging signs: All hanging signs must be approved by Exhibit Management. Request approval by sending an email to conf-exhibits@iste.org.
  • Flooring and floor height of exhibits: Avoiding trip hazards is a requirement in booth design. No double carpet padding, oversized flooring substrates that extend into the aisle, raised floors or any elevation changes are permitted unless Exhibit Management receives, and approves of, a booth design that demonstrates the elimination of any potential trip hazards in advance of the expo. Note that even if approved, onsite adjustments, such as the addition of stanchion, caution tape and/or access ramps, may be required to ensure the safety of all concerned.

  • Official suppliers: Be sure to order services from the ISTE20 official suppliers to avoid additional fees. If any vendor is used that is not an official supplier, material handling fees will be incurred at the dock.

  • Vehicles in the expo: All vehicles on the show floor must be approved in advance. Click here for approval and move-in process.

  • ISTE policies: Review all ISTE guidelines, rules and policies in advance. Please note that the ISTE Expo is alcohol free at all times including setup, show hours, dismantle and after/off hours.
